“Warning! Your Computer is Infected With Spyware,” Getting Threats About Your Wife and Your Boss?
There’s a virus going around that tries to scare it’s unfortunate victim into giving up credit card numbers by flashing the message “Warning! Your Computer Is Infected With Spyware.” As if this wasn’t enough, the spyware threatens problems with your boss and your wife. Whatever you do, don’t click through the warning messages! Your security is at a high risk.
As exaggerated as the claims appear to be, it’s a reality that spyware actually can ruin your personal relationships. How so? Well, let’s say you’re infected with one of the thousands of trojan viruses that take control of your e-mail and message your entire address book with fake ads for erection pills or pornography. Although your innocent recipients should understand that your computer was hijacked, a boss or a wife might not be as willing to forgive you.
A scary warning message like this one is normally a sign that your computer is infected. But to be sure, let’s go over some common signs that you may have a virus in your system:
- Has your computer been running slower than usual? Slow processing speeds can often be a result of your system being compromised.

i’m over loaded by my boss… and at the end he roars me for silly matters.. should i fight withim?
i’m working as a quantity surveyor in a company.
but each time my boss asks me to do many works which are not under my scope. he needs me to act as a secretary to sales engineer. i used to do all these things just for my own experience. but now i realize that, he tries to exploit me, so that i’m over loaded. he never appreciate me for any works. he keeps shouting me always. what should i do? should i kill him?
If there is a human resources you should talk with someone there.
Obviously he knows that your load is unreasonable since as your supervisor he should know your job. And it really is inexcusable that he yells at you. This is a sign that he likes to intimidate people.
If you are a member of a union you should grieve it.
If it is a small company and he is the company boss, I would start looking for a better job. It is better to find a job while you are employed, rather than waiting until it gets so bad you have to quit with nothing to go to.
